Birthday Flare

I don't even know what to call this fabric but I know that I love it. It's a square neck flare dress made for my niece on her 18th birthday. I don't usually make her short clothing I just got a little happy with the scissors. I can't say I was too unhappy though because it turned out quite cute. 

What do you guys think?

This is probably one of my favorite dresses. It's a fitted top with a flare bottom styled dress with pockets and a wide waistband. She's beautiful in this outfit.

2014 Christmas Outfit

Even though this is a super late post I've decided that I'm going to add them anyway for its better late than never. Here's a top I made for myself for Christmas last year. With the right color for Christmas and as I would have it a little sparkle this top was the perfect Christmas sewing venture.  You can see the detail in the black part of the top in the first picture. What do you think?
